Privacy
What we collect when you order online, why, and who else sees it. The short version: only what it takes to make your order and tell you it is ready, and none of it is your card.
What we ask for
Your name, so we can call it out at the window. Your email, so we can tell you when the order is being made and when it is ready. Your phone number, in case something is wrong with it. And your order and pickup time, so we make the right thing at the right time. We do not ask for an address, because everything is pickup, and we do not ask you to make an account.
Emails we send you
These are about your order only: a receipt from our payment provider when you pay, a note when someone starts making it, and a note when it is ready for pickup. We do not send marketing, and there is no list to unsubscribe from because you were never added to one.
Your card
Card details are entered on our payment provider's own checkout page and never touch this website or our systems. We are told whether the payment succeeded, and the total — nothing else.
Who else sees your details
Our payment provider, to take the payment and send your receipt. Our email provider, to deliver the order emails above. Our hosting and database provider, where the order is stored so the shop can see it. Google Analytics and Google Ads, which count visits to these pages and let us advertise the shop to people who have been here before — they see the page you are on and roughly where in the world you are, never your name and never your order, and they set a cookie in your browser. You can turn off ads personalisation at myadcenter.google.com. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, and nobody outside the shop and those providers ever gets your name, your email or what you ordered.
How long we keep it
Orders stay in the shop's system so we can handle refunds, answer questions and file our taxes. If you would like your details removed, ask us and we will take care of it — there is not much to delete, which is deliberate.
Reviews and photos
If you leave a review we ask for a first name only — no email, no account. Anything you send is read by a person here before it appears, and reviews and photos may be shown on this site.
Asking us anything
